Dear parents, school resumes next week online from 7th and the school has organized a week to get acquainted with the new system, the campus, and teachers:
1. A face to face interaction while respecting social distancing will be organized for parents to meet the homeroom teacher of their child from the 8th to the 11th (a schedule will be communicated to you in order to limit large crowds)
2. The venue for this meeting will be Kigarama school campus (KK744st)
3. The whole set of school books for all subjects will be on sale at a discounted price 50.000 RWF for the children to own and use for this year's academic work
4. Students are required to stay home and will have access to an introductory video for their new teachers. Some revision exercises will also be posted for the children to test the ease of use of the newly improved system from Monday the 7th.
5. A daily schedule will be shared with you by the teachers of the respective classes.
6. The First installment of school fees is due by the 5th of September 2020 and the second installment by October 5th, 2020. Access to online learning will be given upon payment of at least one installment school fees.
